REGISTRATION
Registering a user profile at Lovebite.bg is not mandatory in order to use the site, place orders or ask questions through the forms provided. However, in order to use the benefits of a user profile on Lovebite.bg, you must first register one. With it, you will get the opportunity to more easily make valid requests to purchase the goods offered at Lovebite.bg, as well as a number of advantages such as storing delivery data, a convenient overview of the history of past orders, their status and content, an option to save products in a wish list to more easily track their price, leave comments on the site, take advantage of special promotional offers, etc. When registering, you must enter the address that will be used for delivery, your first and last name, e-mail, contact telephone number(s). You also need to choose a password. After you have successfully registered, for each individual order, you have the opportunity to correct your contact phone number and delivery address, as well as to designate your representative to accept the order. By ticking the box "I agree with the General Terms and Conditions", the customer makes an electronic statement in the sense of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, declaring that he is familiar with the present General Terms and Conditions and accepts them.
PRIVACY OF DATA
The personal data that Lovebite.bg receives during registration will be used only for serving users - accepting and fulfilling orders, delivering information in the form of a newsletter and contacting users in case of problems related to the order. Lovebite.bg guarantees that the data in question will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above, except in the cases provided for in the current legislation.
The user account of a particular user can be deleted from the Lovebite.bg database, together with the data attached to it, at any time at the request of the user.
Users subscribed to our newsletter can unsubscribe at any time.
ORDER
Orders are accepted on the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. In order to generate an order through the site, it is not necessary to register a user profile. The ordering of a product/s specified by the user is carried out in several ways:
- through the "Buy" button on certain pages of the site. This button adds the selected product to the user's cart, after which the user has the option to add more products to it or proceed to checkout. When completing the order, the user has the opportunity to review the products he has decided to purchase, their prices and the final payment amount, as well as benefit from an additional discount if he has a discount voucher or other promotional code. The user can continue the order with an already registered user profile, register a new profile or just fill in the required data for the payer and recipient: names, e-mail, phone, address, as well as choose the payment method. After finalizing the order and sending the request made in this way, a confirmation will be sent to the indicated e-mail with the recording of the entered information. For each stage of order processing (confirmation of availability, shipment, etc.), the user will be notified by an operator by e-mail or phone, as well as the status of the current, as well as previous orders, the user can also follow from his user profile in Lovebite.bg, if there is one.
- by phone - 0898588818 - The user makes a request for an order on the specified phone for the goods selected by him, providing the operator of Lovebite.bg with the necessary data for making the delivery (name of recipient, delivery address, etc.) and others special order fulfillment requirements, if any.

PRICE OF THE ORDER
The final price of the order is calculated as the sum of the prices of the ordered products. All prices include VAT and are not subject to change from the moment of ordering to the moment of payment
